Behind the fudge

Fudge is a treat that for many people carries happy memories of childhood. Of trips to the beach, of charming little twee sweetshops and bouncing off the walls from a sugar rush.

At Fudjit we wanted to recapture the delicious thrill of eating something 'naughty', while updating it for the modern era. To take something traditional and iterate new flavours, styles and trends while maintaining the atavistic thrill of sweet, gooey fudge.
